Shipping & Returns
Kitchen28 LLC uses only the highest quality ingredients for our glazed pecans - Those Nuts!® And, Those Nuts!® are made to order whether the order is for a single bag, or for an order of several hundred pounds - we do not keep an inventory of the raw ingredients or the finished product. When we receive an order we go to the pecan-shelling plant where the pecans have been stored in the perfect environment to keep them as fresh as possible. We prepare the pecans the following day and ship them via FedEx Ground or USPS directly to the customer on the day of or the day after they are prepared.
We believe in our product and hope that our customers like them as much as we do. However, if a customer is not satisfied with the product, we will refund the money for the unused portion of the order. We value our customers and strive to provide them with excellent customer service that results in a pleasant overall experience with every order.
If you, as a customer, desire to return the order, please contact us at 225.209.6800 or email us at hannah@thosenuts.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Provide the order number and details about the reason you want to return the product. We will respond within 48 hours and provide details for returning the product. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
