Those Nuts! are glazed pecans that are produced by Kitchen 28, LLC, a very small, women owned and operated business based in South Louisiana; about an hour and a half north of New Orleans.
Kitchen28 uses only the highest-quality, all-natural ingredients. Our pecans come from a century-old, Louisiana family-owned business that shells, cleans, and distributes pecans fro its orchards - the company's pecans have earned the highest qualityrating from the National Pecan Shelling Association.
We use pure canola oil, pure can sugar,and kosher salt. Those Nuts! are gluten free, they have 0% trans fats, 0% cholesterol, and no preservatives. We use non-hydrogenated oil.
A notable and noticeable differnce between Those Nuts! and similar products is the freshness. To ensure that the product is the freshest possible for you, the consumer, Kitchen28 does not keep any inventory of the product, or the raw ingrendients in our facility. When we receive an order, we head to pick up the raw pecans where they've been stored in the perfect envirornment to ensure freshness. The rest of Chef Melody's special process plays out over the following days, and the pecans arrive on your doorstep.
