Pecan Coconut Granola

Yield: 3 cups
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup Those Nuts!
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbps. flax seeds, or any seeds you have on hand
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 coconut oil, or another cooking oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and melt the coconut oil on your stove. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl fully. Line a sheet pan with parchment and put granola mixture in a thin layer. Bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool and then break the granola into pieces. If you're using this as a cobbler topping, follow the same recipe, but rather than baking for 40 minutes just top your cobbler and bake as you would! Try adding a little brown sugar!
