Those Nuts! Brittle

Yield: 20 Pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 Tbps. salted butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 heaping cup Those Nuts!, chopped
- Sea salt
Combine brown sugar and maple syrup in a pot on the stove and heat unil 300 degrees. Remove from the heat. Add butter, baking soda, salt and pecans and mix well. Pour immediately into a dish with parchment paper and spread evenly. Finish with sea salt to your liking. Let the brittle set until firm and break into pieces. This is great on its own, or paired with other desserts like ice cream, cheesecake and more!
