Pecan Deviled Eggs

- 4 eggs, hard boiled

- 1 Tbsp. mayonaise

- 2 tsp. dijon mustard

- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice, anything pickled you have in your fridge will work

- 1 green onion sliced

- 2 oz Those Nuts! roughly chopped or left whole

Place eggs in a pot covered with water and turn stove on high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat off and let the eggs sit for 9 minutes. Place into an ice bath, then peel, slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mix the yolks with the mayo, mustard, pickle juice and green onions. Place back into your boiled egg whites, and garnish with green onions and Those Nuts!.
