Cranberry Pecan Cheese Dip

- 6 oz fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
- A few green onions, chopped
- The juice of one lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Those Nuts! glazed pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Chop the cranberries, jalapeno and green onions and put into a bowl. Add the lemon juice and the sugar, mix, and place in the refrigerator overnight. About an hour before serving, pull the cream cheese out of the fridge to soften. Once you're ready to serve, spread the cream cheese on a dish and top with the cranberry mixture -- please note it will be juice so use a slotted spoon. Top with your preferred amount of Those Nuts! and enjoy with crackers or crostini.
