Berry Pecan Overnight Oats for One

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- Fruit or jam of your choice -- we like berries, dates, and bananas
- Something sweet like shaved coconut or honey is always good
- Those Nuts!
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, chia and flax seeds in a container and pop in the fridge. If you're using frozen fruit that can go in now also. Wait at least two hours, or up to two days, before adding your toppings and enjoying your oats.
